1a) Why did you hire me as your body transformation coach?
I hired you because we had similar body types starting off and you seemed to understand the difficulties of putting on muscle and losing fat due to our body type that most other trainers wouldn’t even acknowledge. I wanted to change the way my body looked for the better so I could be more confident in myself and be happy when I looked in the mirror
1b) Was it an easy decision?
I was worried about the cost and how to afford it, but I thought this has the potential to change my life.
2) How has my coaching helped you with your body transformation?
The coaching not only helped me keep motivated but gave me a specific plan that I could follow and stick to. I didn’t have to give up any of the foods I liked and the workout plan I was given was so much more enjoyable to do than the usual 5×5, it was varied and I really felt like I was working my muscles properly for the first time.
3) Did your body transformation help you overcome other issues in life?
Yes it helped me improve my confidence in my body and how I looked. It’s also helped me improve my discipline, a few years ago I would never have been able to stick to a routine or to go to the gym regularly, now I look forward to going to the gym every week.
4a) What kind of results have you gotten since you started following my coaching program?
When I started I was the definition of skinny fat. I was skinny all around except for a lot of fat on my stomach. I hated the way it looked. After following your program for over a year now my belly fat is hugely reduced, so much so it still surprises me looking in the mirror sometimes. Although I’ve a long way to go muscle wise I’m delighted with my progress there and have really started to notice the difference recently. The results from following the program have changed my life so far and will continue to do so.
4b) How do these results compare to the results you got on other programs you followed prior to my blog advice and coaching?
Before your program I was never able to stick to a routine and gave up because I never really enjoyed doing it. With your program I look forward to going to the gym every day. Seeing the progress I’m making in the mirror is all the motivation I need, and where I never saw progress before I am seeing real progress now all the time.
5) How do you feel about the structure of my diet plan? Do you feel strong and energized on it? Is it easy to prepare the meals and stick to the diet throughout the week?
I used to eat a lot of crap before starting on your diet plan. Now I love eating healthily because I feel energized and strong after a good proper meal. I can still eat the types of food I like to eat so I have no real issues sticking to the diet because I enjoy eating the meals and that makes it so much easier to stick to.
6) How do you feel about the structure of my training program? Do you feel your muscles get worked well in a time efficient manner?
One of my issues previously was sticking to a program but I really like your training program because of the body-weight exercises and really feeling like I’m working specific muscles. It’s difficult to do body-weight exercises unless your body is in good condition and your body must adapt so you can do them. I believe improving my ability to do body weight exercises has made the biggest difference to my progress and the way I look.
7) What makes my training programs and diet plans better than those you tried before?
The diet plan is better because I can still eat the types of food I like and see progress in the mirror, I actually wouldn’t eat any other way now!
8) How did you like the weekly progression check ins and monthly progression photos? Did they help you stay focused and stick to your plan?
I probably need to improve taking my monthly progression photos as they are really motivating when you see the differences in pictures of yourself. I love the weekly progression check ins though as I can see what’s improving and what isn’t and if I’m making progress or not, even if you can’t see the differences in the mirror the check ins help you know if you’re making progress or not and keep you motivated to stick to the plan.
9) During my coaching you had access to my private email address and you could ask any questions that came up. Do you feel I gave you timely and clear replies to your questions?
You always answered my questions promptly and in detail and I never felt like I was neglected or ignored. If I was confused about something or needed clarification I always got an answer.
10) How clear are the exercise and diet instructions in my documents? Were they easy to follow?
Yep the instructions were clean and easy to follow both for the diet plan and the exercises. The video, picture attachments for the exercises were great for helping me understand how to properly do the exercise.
11) What does a typical day in your life look like?
At the moment its mainly gym and work but I’m planning to move abroad next year so I’m working to improve myself as much as possible both gym and work wise before I start a new exciting phase of my life and with your help I’m more confident in myself than I have ever been!

I went through a lot of illnesses and health issues in the last year and Oskar was always patient and understanding with me, checking up on me to see how I was getting on. Even when my year membership ran out and I couldn’t afford to sign back up straight away Oskar kept in touch to check how my health was doing and how my progress was going in the gym. Oskar cares about his clients and their progress and you can tell how much it means to him when he helps people and sees the progress they make and that their lives are changing because of him. I will be signing back up with Oskar again as soon as possible because I know under his tutelage I can make progress in the gym I wouldn’t make under anyone else’s tutelage and that in Oskar I have a trainer who is invested in helping me improve my life and myself.
