On this page, I will post links to videos of me demonstrating the various exercises used in my customized training programs.
I have used my own customized training programs and exercise instructions to train 100% injury free for over 6 years while gaining over 35 pounds of muscle mass.
It’s imperative that you study each exercise by first watching me do it followed by reading the written instructions which can be found by clicking on “show more” below each video.
The written instructions include cues for proper form and mind-muscle connection and exercise specific comments which I’m certain you will find useful in your training.
I have chosen to keep my instructions written so I can edit in new cues and techniques whenever my knowledge and skill-set expands.
I also highly recommend that you have someone make a video of you performing each exercise from the side and the front because a video will reveal potential flaws in your form and thereby enable you to correct it before it’s too late.
You’re of course always welcome to upload your videos and send me a link so I can watch you perform the various exercises and then help you correct your form or give you stretches so you can achieve the necessary mobility to do the exercise.
