Before we can get started, make sure to fill out my Client Assessment Form which you can download by clicking here.
This form gives me a great overview of your unique body-structure, fitness level, digestion, food preferences and thereby enables me to create a great plan for you.
In addition to filling out the Client Assessment Form, I need you to:
- Take 2 shirtless photos: one from the front and one from the side. These in addition to the Client Assessment Form will help me design the best possible body-transformation strategy for you.
- Print out and sign my personal training liability waiver and send over a photo or PDF of the signed document.
You can send over all the info and documents to [email protected] (my client only email address) and I will get started on your plan.
Once your training program and diet plan are ready, I’ll send them over for review. (This usually takes 3-5 days depending on how many client plans I’m writing at the time).
Note: Sometimes my emails end up in the SPAM folder, so in the case you don’t get a reply within 48 hours, please check the SPAM folder.
